- Create comprehensive service blueprints, customer journey maps, experience flows, and ecosystem diagrams to support both digital and physical interactions.
- Convert research findings into strategic design approaches that meet user needs while supporting organizational goals.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams—including clinical professionals, product managers, developers, and other design specialists.
- Uncover pain points, service inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation across the end-to-end healthcare experience.
- Embed human-centered design principles throughout all phases of service and solution development.
- Present insights, design strategies, and final outputs through well-structured documentation, presentations, and visual narratives.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in UX design, service design, or closely related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, and holistic experience design.
- Strong familiarity with healthcare workflows, patient experience design, or clinical operations is preferred.
- Proficient in design and collaboration tools such as Miro, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, with experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in agile, cross-functional environments
