·        10+ years of experience in Product Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog by defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimating effort for each feature.
·        10+ years of experience in Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers and designers to ensure clear communication of product vision, prioritize features, and address any questions during development sprints.
