Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UX design from research to high-fidelity visuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and deliver solutions.
  • Use Figma, Adobe XD, and other tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on feedback.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to design system consistency.
  • Ensure design aligns with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Expertise in user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in agile environments
