UX Designer

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior UX Designer / UX Engineer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will support the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities: 
Assist in designing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on product requirements and user research.
Collaborate with developers to implement UI/UX designs using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript or front-end frameworks.
Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate on design solutions.
Support the creation and maintenance of a consistent design system and UI pattern library.
Translate UI mockups into interactive components, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.
Participate in design reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning meetings.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Strong interest in both design and coding aspects of product development.
Portfolio demonstrating UX work (can include academic or personal projects).

Preferred:
Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
Exposure to front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
Understanding of agile development processes
