UX Designer

Required Qualifications

                • 5+ years of experience in UX design with a focus on accessibility.

                • Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.0 AA and WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.

                • Hands-on experience with manual and automated accessibility testing.

                • Proficiency with screen readers (e.g., JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack).

                • Strong understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and ARIA, with the ability to troubleshoot accessibility issues in code.

                • Familiarity with accessibility testing tools (axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, etc.).

                • Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.

                • Strong background in user research, user flows, and interaction design.

                • Ability to communicate accessibility findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

                • Familiarity with design systems and accessible component libraries.

                • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.

                • Understanding of ARIA Live Regions, focus management, and dynamic content accessibility.

                • Prior experience training and mentoring teams on accessibility best practices
