UX Designer

• We are looking for a UX Designer (5+years) to help us build products and services that drive the development and success of our indirect tax calculation products.
• The role involves close partnership with senior product managers, tech leaders, and partner teams to drive customer-focused innovation impacting millions of customers around the world.
• You collaborate with designers and researchers to generate innovative ideas and simplify experiences across client.
• You are responsible for relentlessly advocating for best-in-class CX.
• You use design expertise (user interface design, branding, interaction models, prototypes, etc.) to create data-informed design solutions.
• You are able to translate complex customer interactions into simple, engaging user-centered solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings
• Champion customer insights and design best practices while collaborating with your partners in product and engineering, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership
• Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
• Work across multiple organizations to identify overlaps and efficiencies in design and product thinking
• Work on multiple projects concurrently while handling different types of design requests
• Iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual designs
• Utilize and adhere to branding guidelines and design standardization across all of the team's products
• Perform metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts
