UX Design Analyst

8+ years of experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
8+ years of experience with SDLCs and working closely with development teams.
8+ years of experience in business process re-engineering and improving software process flows.
8+ years of experience developing user stories and use cases aligned with business analysis best practices.
8+ years of experience designing mockups/wireframes aligned with UX best practices.
5+ years of strong communication and facilitation experience across diverse stakeholder groups.
5+ years of strong writing and organizational skills.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Figma or comparable UX design tools.
3+ years of experience ensuring accessibility compliance with federal web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Modern Requirements for requirements management.
Experience with Atlassian Jira for issue tracking.
Experience working with or for TEA (Texas Education Agency) or other state/local education agencies.
