- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.

Key Capabilities - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- Familiarity with standards-compliant web design and the capabilities and constraints provided by CSS, JavaScript libraries, mobile app frameworks, etc.
