Summary:
User Experience (UX) Architects are responsible for planning and designing compelling and effective user experiences for customer-facing products and digital interfaces. This role involves leading user-centered design processes, collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that business goals and user needs are translated into meaningful product experiences.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Agile Product Teams to deliver successful product experiences
Lead UI/UX design efforts across digital products and user journeys
Design functional, user-centric, and intuitive interfaces that meet both customer and business objectives
Translate business requirements into customer journeys and cohesive product experiences
Create wireframes, interaction models, prototypes, and visual design specifications
Actively participate in Agile/SCRUM teams to deliver best-in-class products
Contribute insights into user problems and propose data-informed solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Service Design, Experience Architecture, Information Architecture, or a related discipline preferred
3–5 years of relevant experience in UX or digital product design, with at least one year in a leadership role
Deep understanding of UX best practices, interaction design, information architecture, visual design systems, and accessibility standards
Familiar with design thinking frameworks and co-creation/workshop methodologies.
Experience with common design/prototyping tools, especially Figma (primary tool), as well as Sketch, InVision, Abstract, etc.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and drive problem-solving initiatives
