This is a remote position.

Requirements:  Min 5-7 years’ experience in IT or Tech recruitment with a strong ability to understand complex IT job descriptions in US Markets.  Build talent pool by regular networking and through job boards, professional networking sites.  Strategize and build candidate pipeline to ensure shorter time to hire and better job fit.  Passion in workforce solutions business.  Strong communication skills to influence people at all levels.  Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:  Manage the overall Talent Acquisition (TA) plan and strategy execution in US.  Source potential candidates from various online channels, including the existing social media subscription, external recruiter engagement and in-house recruiters.  Manage close communication with the Hiring Managers to understand the details of the hiring requirements and perform necessary actions to complete the entire recruitment process.  Manage the screening process on incoming candidates and background checking on shortlisted candidates.  Handle negotiations with candidates.  Ensure the recruitment process is taken care of end-to-end.  Collaborate Finance team on the recruitment approval process to meet the global headcount planning and budget.
