Qualifications
Must have minimum 2 + Years of experience in UST IT Recruitment.
Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
Able to work independently with minimal instructions.
Good working knowledge on various job portals like Naukri, Monster, Dice, TechFetch etc.
Experience working with Direct Clients and Third-Party Vendors / Implementation Partners.
Work experience on Application Tracking System (ATS)
Able to multi-task and adapt quick changes.
Must have strong end-to-end IT Recruitment / US IT recruitment / Technical staffing experience.
Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
Well versed with various US Tax Terms like W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp.
