Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment (C2C) with Tier 1 or Prime Vendor experience.
Relationship: Should have strong third-party vendor relationship.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, AWS, etc.).
Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using job boards (Dice, Monster, Carrer Builder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify candidates.
Client Interaction: Proven experience in dealing directly with US clients and vendors to understand job requirements and client expectations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with US clients and candidates.
Recruitment Software: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Ceipal, or similar.
US Work Authorization Knowledge: Understanding of visa types (H1B, TN, Green Card, EADs etc.) and US immigration laws is a plus.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple job requisitions, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Academic Qualification:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Science/ Commerce/ Management/ IT
