Required Skills:-
The ideal candidate will be responsible for entire Recruitment lifecycle for US region right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating, and conducting interviews.
Identification of the best sourcing methodologies according to the position through Job portals, Candidate reference, Database, Networking, LinkedIn, head-Hunting, etc. and able to work under pressure and high-volume environment quotas.
3-5 years of technical recruiting experience in the software industry specifically BFSI domain, with a focus on senior engineer, product and niche technical roles.
3-5 years of experience in recruiting for US staffing Market.
Self-motivated, with a passion for recruitment.
Experience working on MSP/VMS model.
Should have experience handling Engineering, Storage, Semiconductor, Networking or IoT positions. (any one of them) requirements
Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and social media.
Exceptional oral & written communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
Should have strong experience working on W2 Contract hire positions.
Extensive knowledge on US Tax terms, US Staffing statutory requirements, HR contracting process and pay rates.
Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation.
Should be able to meet deadlines, deliver results and handle pressure.
Excellent client interfacing skills, communication skills Organized, disciplined and productive Comfortable to work in night shift(Mandatory)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients (BFSI Domain).
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation and closing on candidates for assigned requisitions.
Maintaining Candidate relation on the progress of submittal made, Interview Coordination.
Maintaining data integrity in our ATS to report on recruitment data.
Think like an owner. Take ownership and initiative within the tasks that have been assigned to you. Ability to work effectively and independently.
Proven ability to identify successfully and qualify a diverse pool of technical candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative sourcing methods.
Positive personality and willingness to jump in and help with special projects.
Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results.
Requirements Must have
1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience is US staffing
2. Extensive (3+ Years)experience in W2 hiring.
3. Ready to work from office(Noida Sector 62 or JP Nagar Bangalore).
4. Excellent communication skills.
