Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates via job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Screen for technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipeline
  • Work closely with account managers to meet client needs


 

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of US IT recruitment experience
  • Strong communication & sourcing skills
  • Knowledge of US work visas and tax terms
  • Comfortable working night shifts (US EST)
