Job Description:
As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT professionals across various roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct interviews to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Screen candidates and conduct background checks.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Provide a great candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and a smooth recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of proven experience as a US IT Recruiter, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of technical requirements and IT terminologies.
- Experience with various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards (Monster, CB, Dice), and professional networks.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Understanding of US employment laws and visa requirements (H1B, OPT, Green Card, etc.)
