Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), internal database, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills and fit
Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates
Work on a variety of technical roles: hardware design, ASIC/FPGA, embedded systems, RF/Microwave, medical device design, systems and aerospace engineers
Understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidates within tight deadlines
Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment cycle
Coordinate with account managers and technical leads for candidate evaluation and submission
Ensure compliance with U.S. hiring regulations and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience in U.S. IT/Engineering recruitment
Proven experience working on roles in semiconductors, aerospace, VLSI, telecom, and medical devices
Familiarity with U.S. tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa types (H1B, GC, Citizens, TN, OPT, CPT)
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work U.S. time zones (night shifts)
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HR, or related field
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
