Implement UKG Pro HCM modules including People Center, Pay, Benefits Administration, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, HR Service Delivery, Compensation and Performance with a lens toward architecting a solution for the client, considering the technology stack of the platform(s) and up and downstream systems.
Working in the full lifecycle of a UKG Pro HCM project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Technical Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare
Be able to carry on a mature dialogue with key client leaders to explain the complexities of the architecture of the UKG solution and the necessary parts that should be integrated with up and downstream systems.
Working with the team in requirements gathering, workshops or facilitating client meetings on integrations, development, and conversion.
Take responsibility for delivering work and designing the work effort.
Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Strong expertise in Dell Boomi or similar middleware
Hands-on experience with UKG & HCM integrations
6+ years of technical experience (integrations, conversion, development (including customizations and other technical needs) with some or all the UKG Pro HCM modules including People Center, Pay, Benefits Administration, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, HR Service Delivery, Compensation and Performance and the underlying technology stack.
6+ years of experience working in the full lifecycle of a UKG Pro HCM project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing
6+ years of experience in technical requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings.
Ability to travel 10 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
6+ years of external Consulting Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 6 years’ experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and developing client-ready PowerPoint presentations for executive-level audiences.
6+ years of experience in other HRIS Implementations
6 + years of experience with UKG technology stack
6+ years of HR, Payroll, Talent, and other related function, technical & processes that support the architecture
