Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-friendly interfaces and engaging user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
  • Participate in and support UAT efforts by creating test scenarios, gathering user feedback, and resolving usability issues.
  • Lead or assist in the migration of static websites to dynamic/CMS-driven platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, custom CMS).
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI specifications.
  • Analyze and optimize the performance of the UI/UX elements based on user behavior and feedback.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Hands-on experience with UAT processes and tools.
  • Experience in migrating static websites to CMS-based or dynamic platforms.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS; knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and collaborate in a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
