  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience or Computer Science preferred, or related work experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Webflow, and other related user interface tools
  • 3+ years of experience communicating visual design and UX needs with coders developers
  • Experience with accessibility and assistive technology testing tools like JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, Talkback, and other assistive tools
  • Experience with working collaboratively with product teams to develop, maintain, and implement applications following regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Proficient in multiple user experience disciplines (Research, Design, Engineering), techniques, and processes
  • Experience designing within an Agile software development organization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, and the ability to present ideas, thoughts, arguments, and information clearly
  • Expert in facilitating remediation of accessibility issues with little guidance
  • Response well to direction embraces feedback, and champions change
  • Displays a dependable, strong work ethic
