Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience or Computer Science preferred, or related work experience
5+ years of experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Webflow, and other related user interface tools
3+ years of experience communicating visual design and UX needs with coders developers
Experience with accessibility and assistive technology testing tools like JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, Talkback, and other assistive tools
Experience with working collaboratively with product teams to develop, maintain, and implement applications following regulations, standards, and best practices
Proficient in multiple user experience disciplines (Research, Design, Engineering), techniques, and processes
Experience designing within an Agile software development organization
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, and the ability to present ideas, thoughts, arguments, and information clearly
Expert in facilitating remediation of accessibility issues with little guidance
Response well to direction embraces feedback, and champions change
