UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer with expertise in wireframing and proficiency in Figma, among other design tools. As a part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our digital products through intuitive and innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Create user-friendly wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma and other design tools.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
Design intuitive user interfaces that align with both business goals and user needs.
Conduct user research, analyse user feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure optimal usability.
Ensure consistency of design elements across various platforms (mobile, web, etc.).
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge design practices.

Candidates from Mohali or nearby locations are preferred.

Ideal Profile

Key Skills & Tools

Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
Experience with other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong expertise in wireframing and prototyping.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate across teams.
Knowledge of design systems and style guides is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
A portfolio showcasing previous work in UI/UX design, wireframing, and prototyping
