UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Adobe design tools and a mid to low-level proficiency in Figma. Additionally, experience with HTML and CSS is required to bridge the gap between design and development. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. 
Key Responsibilities:
Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Adobe tools and Figma.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Ensure designs are consistent with company branding and style guides.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
Optimize existing user interfaces and experiences based on user feedback and analytics.
Develop HTML and CSS code to implement designs in collaboration with front-end developers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Strong proficiency in Adobe design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Mid to low-level proficiency in Figma.
Experience with HTML and CSS.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other design tools and software.
Knowledge of JavaScript and front-end frameworks.
Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design.
Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
