Responsible for the prototyping and wire-framing stages for multiple applications within their environment.
Have to design graphic elements and user interfaces as well as create both functional and appealing navigation components to turn our online platforms.
Work with product managers, business analysts and engineers to evaluate and obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the given user requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows to effectively communicate design solutions.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, product management, and marketing teams.
Work with the design team to refine and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
Required Skills
Expertise in visual design and wire-framing tools eg., Sketch, Invision, Axure.
Must have a strong UX & Design portfolio that demonstrates past design projects.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
Ability to provide quick decisive feedback.
Ability to think globally and be mindful of designing for cultural differences and accessibility needs.
Working knowledge of Prototyping tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma etc).
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Expert in Sketch/Invision.
Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years applied experience in user-centered design process for complex products or services.
Strong interaction design experience with Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Extensive experience creating mock-ups and workflows for interaction design given requirements/specifications.
Experience working in a Microsoft/SQL Server Database Environment.
Prior experience designing and/or developing Mobile iOS Applications.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
