Job Profile :

  • Hands-on experience in UI/UX and graphic design to manage the full design process—from concept to execution.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including websites, apps, and social media.
  • Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and creativity across all design outputs.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and AI innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Skills Required :

  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms (responsive design).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Strong eye for detail, typography, and composition.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
  • Experience with basic to intermediate video editing and motion design using tools
