Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic/Web Design or comparable work experience.
Expertise in designing interface mockups in Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
Expertise with HTML5 and CSS3 standards.
Expertise with JavaScript.
Experience researching and implementing new technologies.
Ability to test and debug for cross browser support.
Good communications skills  Experience integrating HTML into JSP’s.
Expertise jQuery and/or Dojo
