Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UX design efforts by applying user-centered design, design thinking, and iterative design principles.
- Convert abstract ideas into design representations such as sketches, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity visual comps, and prototypes.
- Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders with data-backed rationale.
- Design mobile-first, responsive products for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create innovative and impactful user experiences.
- Use storytelling to align teams around a shared product vision.
- Coach product teams through design discovery, vision, and delivery processes.
- Collaborate with user research teams to gather insights and refine designs.
- Iterate designs based on feedback to continuously improve user experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Design, Product Design, or Interaction/Experience Design.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with users, product teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience in fast-paced software development environments.
- A portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design, including sketches, prototypes, and user testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile and SAFe processes, tools like Jira and Confluence, or a willingness to learn.
