UI Ux Designer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX design efforts by applying user-centered design, design thinking, and iterative design principles.
• Convert abstract ideas into design representations such as sketches, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity visual comps, and prototypes.
• Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders with data-backed rationale.
• Design mobile-first, responsive products for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams to create innovative and impactful user experiences.
• Use storytelling to align teams around a shared product vision.
• Coach product teams through design discovery, vision, and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with user research teams to gather insights and refine designs.
• Iterate designs based on feedback to continuously improve user experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Design, Product Design, or Interaction/Experience Design.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with users, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience in fast-paced software development environments.
• A portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design, including sketches, prototypes, and user testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Agile and SAFe processes, tools like Jira and Confluence, or a willingness to learn.
