Qualifications:

Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, Graphic Design preferred.

Team leadership experience

In-depth knowledge of DevOps tools and practices

Knowledge of coding accessible websites; AODA and WCAG 2.0

Experience with front-end development coding languages and technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script)

Familiarity with debugging and testing techniques

In-depth knowledge of User Experience / User Interface principles and best practices, user research techniques.

Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
