Lead UAT Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement UAT strategies, plans, and schedules.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define UAT scope and objectives.
- Ensure all UAT activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users and IT teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular updates on UAT progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Defect Management:
- Track and manage defects identified during UAT.
- Work with IT teams to prioritize and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Ensure all defects are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a UAT business leads, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct enablement sessions to enhance the team's testing skills and knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve UAT processes and methodologies.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree - Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading UAT efforts for complex software projects.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using analysis tools and testing software.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques.
