Tibco Developer

Development of enterprise solutions using TIBCO Business Works (BW), Enterprise Messaging Service (EMS), Business Connect(BC), TIBCO software.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC starting from kick off to post production support – Requirements, Design and Technical Specifications, Development, Testing, and production/go live.
Support our production software applications partnering with our sales and operations team.
Bug fix and Enhance software applications meeting our business needs.
Lead and/or participate in design sessions for future strategic growth.
Collaborate and drive system architecture, design, best practices, and decisions.
Analyze software requirements and create reliable duration estimates for Software Engineers assigned to approved projects.
Proactively solve problems within software applications and integrated applications.

Desire to learn how to develop within TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Enterprise Messaging Service, TIBCO Business Connect and other TIBCO software and work on disparate system integration solutions.
In-depth understanding and experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Micro-Services based solutions.
Expertise in Data integration and access patterns.
Knowledge of XML concepts including XML Schema, XPath and XSL.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Minimum 3-5 years experience with TIBCO Business Works and EMS.
Experience developing in distributed applications development (Database, Transaction Management).
Specialized in XML/XSLT and other XML related tools and technologies.
Experiences in full life cycle of application/system development.
Desired 1 year experience managing TIBCO Managed File Transfer (MFT) Internet Server.
Experience with SQL Server, Oracleience in application designer level Tibco experience.
Must have experience in optimizing performance tuning of TIBCO processes.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
