Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to ensure platform stability.
Investigate and fix bugs in .NET (C#) applications.
Read and modify existing code to implement small enhancements.
Automate manual operational tasks to improve efficiency.
Work closely with development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain and improve logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
Participate in on-call support rotations as needed.
Document fixes, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Worked in a production support or software engineering role.
.NET (C#) and ability to read and modify existing code.
Debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues.
Familiarity with SQL databases (SQL Server) and basic query troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (GitHub).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with development teams.
As part of this role, you will be required to obtain and be eligible for SC (Security Check) clearance due to the sensitive nature of the data we process.
Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., GCE, GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL).
Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Stackdriver, Prometheus, ELK).
Scripting experience for automation (e.g. PowerShell, Python).
