Testing Lead

Lead E2E testing for 5G network services and digital platforms

Develop test strategies for microservices, APIs, and cloud-native apps

Automate tests using Selenium, Cypress, Postman (80% automation coverage)

Manage performance/load testing (JMeter, Gatling) for high-traffic systems

Oversee QA processes in Agile/SAFe and tools like JIRA/Xray

Coordinate with DevOps for shift-left testing in CI/CD pipelines

Requirements:

10+ years in QA with 3+ years in a leadership role

Expertise in Telecom testing (VoLTE, IMS, provisioning)

Strong scripting (Python, Groovy) and TestNG/JUnit frameworks

Experience with 5G core testing (AMF, SMF, UPF) or O-RAN

Certifications: ISTQB Advanced or AWS Certified DevOps preferred
