Test Manager

Job Description

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end test management, preferably with branch banking systems.
• Experience with branch teller systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Philippines or Asian markets.
• Proficiency in testing automation and SDLC tools (e.g., Karate, HP ALM, JIRA, Microfocus).
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in non-functional testing (e.g., performance, availability).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a testing strategy and plan for Branch Teller System implementations, including timelines, resources, and methodologies.
• Create detailed test cases and scenarios covering all functional and non-functional aspects of the systems.
• Lead the execution of test cases and ensure accurate recording of results.
• Prepare and present testing reports, including results and defect analysis.
• Oversee the identification, documentation, and resolution of defects and issues.
• Collaborate with Software and System Integration vendors on testing requirements and issue resolution.
• Update stakeholders on testing progress, risks, and outcomes.
