Test Automation Lead

We are looking for a seasoned Test Automation Lead with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca to lead automation initiatives, establish frameworks, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement Tosca-based automation strategies
• Design and maintain model-based automated test frameworks
• Collaborate with QA, Dev, and BA teams to identify automation scenarios
• Set best practices for modular design, test data, and reusability
• Drive CI/CD integration and test execution
• Guide and mentor automation engineers
• Conduct PoCs and tool evaluations
• Report on automation coverage, results, and ROI

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on with Tricentis Tosca
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Leadership in test strategy and QA process improvement
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
