Job Summary:
 

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Software Tester with experience in the Fin tech domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for ensuring software quality. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans and cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of our financial software products.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and design specifications.
 

- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to understand requirements and business use cases.
 

- Identify, document, and track software defects using established defect tracking tools.
 

- Validate and verify defect fixes.
 

- Participate in the design and implementation of automated test scripts and frameworks.
 

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the Fin tech sector.
 

- Provide clear and concise reports on test results, quality metrics, and overall product health to stakeholders.
 

- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and techniques.
 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
 

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in software testing within the Fin tech domain.
 

- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations.
 

- Proficiency in using test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
 

- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, QTP, JUnit, TestNG, Lambda Test ).
 

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
 

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
 

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
 

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
