Test Automation Engineer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python and SQL to perform functional and non-functional automation testing for data validation. The role involves creating automation frameworks, conducting various tests, and ensuring software quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Work within the BOQ test and governance framework.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks for data warehousing, regression, and progression testing.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and users to identify automation opportunities.
Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.
Conduct API testing, ETL testing, and cloud-based testing (Azure).
Ensure best practices in release and environment management.

Required Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Business, Computer Science, or similar (Preferred)
Certifications: ISTQB (Desirable)
Technical Skills: Python, SQL (Mandatory)
Cloud Platform: Azure
Methodologies: Agile & Waterfall
Testing Expertise: ETL, API, Automated testing
