Responsibilities for teradata developer:
Problem assessment and resolution in existing solutions
Monitoring and performance tuning
Participation in all phases of development life cycle and post implementation support
Collaboration and knowledge sharing
Communicate and leverage Teradata best practices
Provide Teradata Architecture duties for a very large Teradata environment
Your degree in Computer Science
Teradata Explain Analysis of query impact
Provide on-call support duties for Application Production Support, which could include off hours and weekends
Design, develop and support Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions leveraging Teradata and Teradata Tools and Utilities

Qualifications for teradata developer:
5+ years of experience in with Teradata application Development
Strong knowledge of Teradata load utilities – Fast Load, Multi-Load, Fast Export, T Pump, and BTEQ
Very Strong in SQL and Data Analysis, performance tuning and code reviews
Strong knowledge of Teradata stored procedures, macros and functions
Business knowledge in the manufacturing domain
Experience in Teradata Application Development.
