Telematics QA Engineer

Job Description:

SQA Skills:

Test Plan creation with proper coverage of features testing and detailed test cases writing

Requirements traceability matrix implementation

Troubleshooting by running queries and analyzing service logs

Reviewing BRD documents and Service specs to write test scenarios and test cases

Providing project status reports with test case execution and defect bug list

Contribute to project planning, estimating, and progress tracking

Experience with testing in vehicle telematics area

REST API testing using JMeter, Postman

Selenium WebDriver expert: experience with building test automation framework from scratch

Oracle advanced queries execution knowledge

Client-server architecture features manual/automation testing experience

Test automation using fiddler

At least 1 scripting language proficiency: Preferred: JS or Python

Expert in Tools: JMeter, Postman, JIRA, TestRail, Fiddler, UI Automator, TestNG

Hands on Experience with API testing using JMeter or related software. (JMeter preferred)

Hands on experience with JSON, XML and other data related areas

Experience with QA methodologies

Good experience with data analysis, log monitoring and reporting

Experience with or understanding of TeleMatics area

Working experience with Manual testing for Web Browsers, Mobile platforms

Automation experience with Selenium/Appium is good to have

Expert in Tools: JMeter, Postman, JIRA, TestRail, Fiddler, UI Automator, TestNG
