Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide technology strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Lead cloud transformation initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Provide strategic advisory to executive leadership on technology modernization, automation, and security.
  • Build and mentor high-performing global teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Collaborate with partners and vendors to integrate cutting-edge solutions (e.g., SASE, CNAPP, CIEM).
  • Oversee governance, compliance, and risk management for cloud and application services.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.


Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, consulting, and strategic planning.
  • Proven success in building and scaling cloud practices and professional services organizations.
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), security frameworks, and enterprise architecture.
  • Strong background in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Experience with compliance standards (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2, HITRUST) and security operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field; advanced certifications in cloud and enterprise architecture preferred.


Preferred Skills

  • Strategic consulting and advisory experience with Big 4 or equivalent.
  • Hands-on leadership in cloud cost optimization, automation, and DevSecOps.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in enterprise environments.
  • TOGAF, ITIL, and cloud security certifications (e.g., AI-900, Azure Security, AWS Security).
