• Assisting with Linux patching work of VMs in labs and production environment.
• Also help offshore with any issues during patching cycle and communicate with cross teams to resolve issues.
• Work with decommissioning process which include removal of hosts from multiple locations, revoking of SSL certificates, DNS removals, coordinate with CMDB and returning the IPs.
• SSL certificate management tool Lemur is essential.
• Production support during business hours and join postmortem meetings to find the RCA

• Splunk

• Production support during business hours and join postmortem meetings to find the RCA to avoid similar issues in future.
• Track the certificate list which requires renewals and coordinate with internal external teams and third party vendors affiliates to perform the SSL certificate updates in timely manner.

Top 3 responsibilities:

• Knowledge and understanding of putting up and taking down AWS app level and site level maintenance pages.
• Good knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk, New Relic, Anthos is required.
• Knowledge of new relic AI is added advantage
