Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
- Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Team Leadership:
- Lead project teams and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
- Resolve conflicts and facilitate collaboration among team members.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage and resolve project issues as they arise.
Quality Control:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
- Implement quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget Management:
- Monitor and control project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Track expenditures and report on financial performance to stakeholders.
Change Management:
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs through formal change control processes.
- Ensure all changes are documented, approved, and communicated to relevant parties.
Project Closure:
- Coordinate the completion of project deliverables and ensure all project documentation is finalized and archived.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and best practices.
Key Requirements:
Thai nationality / Thai speaker only
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or any related fields.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner may be preferred.
- Experience in project management, including a track record of successful project delivery.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
