Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
  • Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead project teams and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
  • Resolve conflicts and facilitate collaboration among team members.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage and resolve project issues as they arise.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
  • Implement quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Budget Management:

  • Monitor and control project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Track expenditures and report on financial performance to stakeholders.

Change Management:

  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs through formal change control processes.
  • Ensure all changes are documented, approved, and communicated to relevant parties.

Project Closure:

  • Coordinate the completion of project deliverables and ensure all project documentation is finalized and archived.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and best practices.

 

Key Requirements:

Thai nationality / Thai speaker only

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or any related fields.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner may be preferred.
  • Experience in project management, including a track record of successful project delivery.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
