- Expertise in Genesys IRD application development

- Expertise in Genesys framework and exposure on genesys reporting

- Expertise in Cloud CX

- Experience in developing javascript code

- Good communication skills

- Good analytical skills and ability to research and present findings

- Ability to multi-task

- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills

- Pro-active and able to work on own initiative
