  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Configure and support SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, Logistics, etc.)
  • Design and implement system enhancements and customizations.
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and coordinate with development teams as needed.
  • Conduct functional and integration testing.
  • Train end-users and create documentation.
  • Support data migration, interface/integration testing, and go-live activities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (finance, manufacturing, sales) to optimize SCM workflows
