The technical writers will be responsible for reviewing regulatory and audit inquiries and must possess a mix of writing, analytical, regulatory, and communication skills.
• TWR will be responsible to update the Central Response Library (CRL), they must be able to document and update systems in accordance with strict deadlines.
• Experience with document version control and maintaining consistency across materials.
• Understanding of regulations and audit to ensure documents meet standards.
• Ability to interpret and explain regulatory policies in a clear, concise manner.
Expertise in writing clear, structured, and well-documented responses to regulatory and audit inquiries.
• Proficiency with documentation tools and ability to identify gaps in knowledge, ensuring to ask the right questions.
• Understanding of terminology and risks in banking regulatory reviews.
• Ability to align documentation with regulatory expectations.
