Technical Writer

Overview:
As a Project Execution Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of project execution, with a primary focus on Website Development, Technical Documentation, Meeting Coordination, Spring Run, Agile Framework, Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Management, Technical Writing, Integration, Architectural Design, and Project Management. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while upholding high standards of quality and adhering to project timelines.

  Key Responsibilities: 

1.   Website Development: 

   - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather website requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.

   - Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of website features and functionalities.

   - Conduct regular reviews to assess website performance and address any issues or enhancements needed.

2.   Technical Documentation: 

   - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, user manuals, and release notes.

   - Ensure that technical documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with project requirements.

3.   Meeting Coordination: 

   - Schedule and organize meetings related to project execution, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

   - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to ensure project goals are met.

4.   Spring Run and Agile Framework: 

   - Implement and facilitate the use of Spring Run and Agile methodologies within project teams.

   - Drive sprint planning sessions, monitor progress, and identify and resolve any impediments to team success.

5.   Azure DevOps: 

   - Utilize Azure DevOps tools for project management, version control, and continuous integration and deployment.

   - Set up and manage Azure DevOps pipelines to automate software delivery processes.

6.   Lifecycle Management: 

   - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

   - Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success.

7.   Technical Writing: 

   - Write clear and concise technical documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development tasks.

   - Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

8.   Integration: 

   - Lead integration efforts between different systems and components, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

   - Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions that meet project requirements.

9.   Architectural Design: 

   - Work with stakeholders to develop architectural designs that align with project goals, scalability requirements, and best practices.

   - Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and frameworks to support project objectives.

  Qualifications: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) preferred.

- 10 years of experience in project execution management roles, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Website Development, Technical Documentation, Meeting Coordination, Spring Run, Agile Framework, Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Management, Technical Writing, Integration, Architectural Design, and Project Management.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
