"""The Technical Systems Analyst will be responsible for production support of a suite of applications (13) which are small to large in complexity within HR and Compensation Technologies. The candidate will be a member of the Production Support, SAP, Cloud and Reporting Applications team and will be involved in establishing consistent processes across all applications we support following the ITIL model. The candidate will be expected to be involved in the change and project processes at an early stage, to offer guidance and support from an operational perspective. This position provides the incumbent with opportunities in analyzing issues, identifying root cause, recommending technical changes, and documenting resolution steps taken to assist in future issues. Internal support documentation will be required, as well as initiatives to improve the overall process and customer experience with Production Support, with a goal of finding and creating opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
What will you do?
• Provides day-to-day level 2 and level 3 support for our suite of applications which are small to large in complexity within HR and Compensation Technologies Applications by applying hands-on technical expertise.
• Participate in detailed design phases for small to large projects/ programs identifying, tracking, and resolving technical issues.
• Continually enhances skills and builds knowledge in all aspects of the organization, the business and information systems.
• Facilitates small to large group meetings for technical design, decision making, and problem solving and task implementation.
• Effectively communicates and builds rapport with team members, stakeholders and interface groups using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close.

Applied experience and familiarity with the following platforms and technologies:
• Good experience supporting business critical applications.
• Linux, AIX/UNIX and Windows Server operating systems
• Python, Java, UNIX and/or PowerShell scripting
• Software tools to automate IT infrastructure tasks under the Site reliability engineering (SRE)
• DevOps pipeline tools, for example GitHub, Jenkins, UCD, etc.
• Cloud technologies, for example OpenShift, Azure
• DB2, SQL, Oracle Databases
• Web Application Servers - WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, or similar
• Security administration, SSL and cryptographic technologies
• Identity federation, SSO, Azure and authentication systems
• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
