Understanding on TCP/IP and UDP, OSI Layer, router switching , remote access of routers and problem solving. Excellent writing and verbal communication. Good to have: CCNA/ JCNIA/ NOKIA NRS/ Fortinet NSE 4 ITIL Foundation. "
