- Identify and resolve hardware/software/network issues
- Escalate complex issues when required
3. Technical Proficiency:
- Provide basic technical guidance and support to customers
- Stay updated with current tools and technologies
4. Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of customer queries and technical resolutions
- Use MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for preparing reports and maintaining documentation
