Job Title: Technical Support Executive Experience: 0-1 yr We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a technical background and a passion for resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally. Educational Qualifications:

  • B.Tech, B.Sc (IT/CS), BCA, MCA
  • Should possess sound knowledge of technical concepts and troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities: 1. Communication:

  • Provide excellent customer service through strong verbal and written communication
  • Understand and address customer concerns effectively

2. Troubleshooting:

  • Identify and resolve hardware/software/network issues
  • Escalate complex issues when required

3. Technical Proficiency:

  • Provide basic technical guidance and support to customers
  • Stay updated with current tools and technologies

4. Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of customer queries and technical resolutions
  • Use MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for preparing reports and maintaining documentation

Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
