The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Internal Technical Support Engineer to ensure the smooth functioning of all internal technical systems and to support our teams with day-to-day IT challenges. If you’re technically inclined, great at troubleshooting, and enjoy solving problems for internal teams, this role is made for you!

Key Responsibilities: 
Provide front-line support to internal teams, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues 
Diagnose and resolve system errors, bugs, and technical problems across various departments 
Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure smooth integration of internal systems and platforms 
Assist with system setup, deployment, and maintenance of internal tools and systems (e.g., DevRev, GitHub, GCP, etc.) 
Document recurring technical issues and establish best practices for quicker resolutions 
Provide technical onboarding support to new employees, ensuring smooth access to systems and tools 
Monitor internal system performance and suggest improvements for increased efficiency 
Stay up to date with internal software updates, ensuring timely installation and communication to teams 
Occasionally assist with network and server management tasks, working alongside the systems engineering team 

Required Skills: 
4+ years of experience in internal IT or technical support, ideally in a SaaS or tech-heavy environment 
Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting 
Strong technical understanding of common enterprise tools, hardware, and software 
Familiarity with internal systems, platforms, and collaboration tools (experience with GitLab, DevRev, GCP is a plus) 
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members 
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 
Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
