Technical Support Engineer - L3

Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
You will be supporting multiple projects with functional expertise providing support through various communication means to the clients based out in USA
You will handle issues and troubleshoot any technical/functional problems if any arise.
You will be working on various platforms to support multiple projects and processes.
You are expected to code and debug to resolve technical issues
You will be the sole POC for the clients based in various countries.
