Extensive skill in the use of Microsoft Desktop products including but not limited to Office 365, Windows 10/11, SharePoint Online

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with individuals and groups. Strong customer service skills with a customer first attitude.

Working knowledge of VTC technologies and software products likely to be used in conjunction with remote meetings. IE MS Teams, Google Meets

Develop and maintain we design within Sharepoint. view, design, add, update, delete, approve, edit pages, change permissions and customize items

Experience providing training and education on technology and technical systems to individuals and business sections.

Training delivery through hands-on training classes, online sessions, and/or workshops, teach best practices for utilizing these technologies.
