We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic team! This role involves providing top-notch computer information systems support via phone, email, or in-person at customer workstations. Responsibilities include network connectivity troubleshooting, desktop hardware and OS support, printer maintenance, phone and multimedia assistance, and more. Knowledge of Active Directory in a multiple Domain network environment is essential.
Key Duties:
🔹 Respond to and direct help desk tickets
🔹 Perform PC, printer, iPhone, and software installations and troubleshooting
🔹 Conduct daily server room and data closet inspections
🔹 Manage backup tape rotation and network jack activations
🔹 Provide basic customer training on phone operations
🔹 Review outstanding Help Desk tickets weekly
